We only collect the information we need to arrange your class and reply to you:

• Your name and contact details (email, phone or WhatsApp number).
• Booking details such as your dates, group size and where you're staying.
• Any message or enquiry you send us through the contact form, email or WhatsApp.
• Basic, anonymous usage data collected by our website to help us improve it.

We do not store your card details. When online payment becomes available, payments will be handled by a secure third-party payment provider.

• To arrange, confirm and deliver your yoga or pilates session.
• To reply to your questions, enquiries and booking requests.
• To contact you about a class you've booked — for example, a change of time, spot or weather.
• To improve our website and the service we offer.

We never sell your personal information. We only share it with the teacher delivering your class, and with trusted service providers who help us run our website and (in future) process payments — and only to the extent they need it. We may disclose information if required to do so by law.

Our website may use cookies and privacy-friendly analytics to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work.

We keep your information only for as long as we need it to provide our service and to meet any legal or accounting obligations, after which it is deleted.
